Can a contract be resent to a supplier if that supplier doesn’t respond?

No - once a contract has been initially sent to a supplier from within the Tradogram system, there is no direct function to resend the contract to prompt a response. You must wait for the supplier to officially approve or accept the contract through the link provided in the original email notification.

Alternative Follow-Up Option

As an alternative way to follow up and direct the supplier back to the contract, you can use the External Messages function in Tradogram:

  1. Navigate to the contract you are waiting on.
  2. Use the External Messages section to send a message to the supplier about the required acceptance.
  1. The supplier will receive an email notification about your message (even if they do not have a connected supplier account).
  1. When the supplier clicks the "View message" button in the email, they will be brought directly to the contract page, where they can then accept the contract.

If a supplier is having trouble receiving documents and emails from Tradogram, please advise their administration team to whitelist messages from Tradogram’s server:
