Branches cannot be deleted directly within the system. However, you can deactivate all users assigned to a branch to effectively discontinue its use.

What happens to the data?

• All branch-related data remains accessible to company administrators.
• Deactivated user accounts can be reactivated at any time.
• Historical records tied to the branch are preserved for reporting and audit purposes.

Need to permanently remove a branch?

If a branch must be fully deleted — including irreversible removal of all associated data, please contact the Tradogram support team for assistance. Deleting a branch from the system will delete:

• All transactions in that branch
• All users currently logged into that branch
• All suppliers created in that branch

This information will not be accessible once it is deleted.
