Yes, delivery notes can be used for any item on a purchase order (PO), including both physical products and services.

The Delivery module measures the quantity of the item received based on the established unit of measurement (UOM) set on the PO line item. Therefore:

• If you order a service measured as each, you enter a quantity of 1 or more.
• If you order a service measured as a time unit (e.g., hours, days, or months), you enter the quantity of time of the service you have received.

This functionality ensures that service fulfillment is tracked accurately against the order, just as product fulfillment is tracked.
