Why am I seeing this banner?

We’ve identified some issues currently affecting a portion of users in the system. This banner is here to keep you informed and direct you to this page, where we’ve outlined the known issues and any steps being taken to resolve them.


We’re actively working on fixes, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Below is a list of known issues, their current status, and any available workarounds.

✅ Recently Fixed Issues

Some Emails from Tradogram are not being sent

  • Description: Some users are experiencing an issue where emails generated from Tradogram are not being sent, which may include:
    • Purchase Orders that are sent to suppliers
    • Internal notification emails, such as tagged messages or approvals.
    • User Registration Emails
    • Forgot password emails
    • This issue began at 5:30AM ET on June 18th, 2025. Any emails that were triggered after that period were not sent. 
  • Resolution Notes: The issue was resolved at approximately 1:48 PM ET on June 18th, 2025. Any emails that were not sent as a result of the issue have now been sent. 

Transaction Specification files may not be visible

  • Description: This applies specifically to specification files that are attached to transactions. When selecting to view the files, the files may not load, and will show a white screen. This issue will not affect files that have been uploaded after June 16th.

  • Resolution Notes: Any transactions with impacted files have now been resolved and all files are visible. This occurred during our scheduled maintenance period, which caused some files that were uploaded prior to June 16th to be inaccessible. We have updated & restored impacted files on all accounts.

Some Transactions may not have your white labelled logo

  • Description: This applies to transactions that are created on or after June 15th. If you had previously uploaded your logo to the Tradogram platform, the logo may show as a corrupted image on PDF copies of transactions in tradogram

  • Resolution Notes: If there are any affected POs, you can “edit” and resubmit the PO without making any changes, and the logo will appear after it has been uploaded in the company settings.
