When a user needs to approve something, approvers are notified in two ways:

Alerts on Tradogram - The user that needs to approve will receive a notification directly on Tradogram in their alerts. On the top right of your screen, you will see a button with a bell in it. If you have a notification, the bell will have a red bubble beside it indicating the number of notifications

Email Notifications - The user that will need to approve will receive an email notification. The email notification will include details of the transaction, as well as a link to accept the transaction.

*Please note that you can enable detailed approval email notifications in your account in the branch profile settings. When detailed approval emails are enabled, the email will include details of the transaction, and an option to approve/reject the transaction in the email:
