When creating a Request, you can lock specific fields to prevent suppliers from making edits when they submit their offers. This ensures that essential details, like quantity or specifications, remain unchanged.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. While creating a new Request, locate the "Lock Fields" button at the top (and bottom) of the screen and click it.

2. A list of all available fields will appear.

3. Check the box next to every field that you wish to lock. A locked field means the supplier will not be able to edit the value when submitting their offer.
4. Any field that you leave unchecked will be editable by the supplier.

Please Note: The price will always be editable by the supplier for requests.
