The "Connect with this contact's company" option is a feature designed to keep your supplier data accurate and up-to-date through live synchronization.

How it Works

This option becomes available only after you have successfully invited a supplier to the platform using the "Invite contact to Tradogram" button by hovering over the two person icon.

Benefits of Connecting

When a supplier accepts your request to connect, their profile becomes "linked" to yours. This provides the following advantages:

• Real-Time Updates: Any changes the supplier makes to their own company profile—such as a new business address, updated contact information, or a refreshed company logo—will automatically update in your Tradogram database.
• Data Accuracy: Eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures you are always using the most current information for Purchase Orders and Requests.
• Seamless Communication: Maintains a verified link between your procurement team and the supplier’s official account.

Note: If the icon has not changed to the connection option, ensure that the supplier has been officially invited to Tradogram first. The automated updates will only begin once the supplier accepts the connection request.
