Can a user be assigned to more than one branch?

Yes, a user can be assigned to one or more branches within the same company. This allows them to have access to and manage data for multiple locations or divisions.

How to Assign a User to Multiple Branches

To grant or revoke a user's access to different branches, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Manage Company from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
  1. Select the Users tab from the left-hand panel.
  1. Find the user you wish to edit and click the Edit Access button on the right side of the screen.
  1. On the User Access page, you will see a list of all available branches, departments, and projects. From here, you can provide or revoke access for that specific user.
  1. After updating the user's access settings, click Save to apply your changes.
