Why isn’t the option to add more users available from the “Account & Billing” tab?

The ability to add or remove users from your account is automatically enabled 24 hours after your first payment has been successfully processed. This allows our system to confirm your initial subscription period before giving you the option to manage your user count.

What if I can't see the "Account & Billing" tab?

If you are a Company Admin and the "Account & Billing" section isn't visible, it could be for a few reasons:

  • Permissions: Your admin permissions may not include access to billing. In this case, you should contact support@tradogram.com to have it enabled.
  • Account Type: If your company has a multi-company account, you will not have access to the "Account & Billing" section.
