Items can be shared with multiple branches if they’re grouped into an item category. Users who have permission to “Add/edit/remove item categories” (found under the “Items” permission section) can share an item category between branches. To do so:

1. Select “Categories” from the left toolbar
2. Click on the “Edit” option for an active item category
3. Check off the “Make this item category available to all branches” option

1. Click “Save Item Category”

Items can also be shared between multiple branches by switching branches and adding the items in manually or by import in the items tab.
