How can the credit card details on file for the company be updated?

You can update the credit card on file for your company by using the Recharge option in the Account & Billing section.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Manage Company from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
  1. Select Account & Billing from the menu on the left.
  1. Click the Recharge button. This will allow you to submit a new credit card.
  1. Enter the new credit card information and proceed with the payment.

Please Note: Submitting a new credit card via the Recharge option will immediately charge that card for your upcoming renewal payment. We recommend only updating your credit card details when you are ready to renew your subscription.
