This functionality is not inherently supported on the system. Fillable forms operate on a branch level, meaning that each branch has its own separate list of fillable forms.

However, fillable forms appear alphabetically in the list, so it’s possible to organise the list of fillable form templates by using a structured naming convention that may include department names.
