There is currently no way to retrieve or reverse the deletion of an invoice record in Tradogram. If an invoice is deleted, all the information will be permanently removed, and you will need to re-enter the invoice details for the associated purchase order.

Controlling Invoice Deletion Permissions

Because deleted invoices cannot be recovered, Tradogram allows you to control which users have the ability to delete them:

• The ability to "remove" or delete an invoice is controlled by a specific user permission.
• This permission can be toggled on or off for different user roles in your account.
• By turning this permission off for all users, you can prevent accidental deletion of invoice records.
