Why can’t the details for certain branches be edited?

In Tradogram, administrative control over branches is restricted to ensure data security and organizational integrity. If you find that you cannot edit the details of a specific branch, it is likely due to your current permission settings.

The Cause: Administrative Restrictions

By default, the system follows a strict hierarchy for branch management:

  • Branch Administrators: Can only edit the details of the specific branch they are assigned to.
  • Company Administrators: Can manage all settings, provided they have the "Manage all branches" permission enabled.

If you are a Branch Admin but need to edit a different branch—or if you are a Company Admin who has not yet been granted global access—the edit options will be restricted.

How to Enable Access (For Company Admins)

If you are a Company Administrator and need to grant yourself or another user the ability to manage every branch in the system, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Dropdown Menu at the top right of the screen and select Manage Company.
  2. Select the Users tab from the panel on the left.
  3. Locate the specific user and, under the Actions column, click the Key Icon (Edit Permissions).
  4. Scroll down to the Administration section.
  5. Find the "Manage all branches" option and set it to Allow.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Permissions.
