Why can’t the details for certain branches be edited?

Only the assigned branch administrator for each branch has the ability to edit the details of their assigned branch, unless the permission to manage all branches is granted.

As a company administrator, to enable a user’s permission to manage all branches:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen and select “Manage Company”
  1. Select the “Users” tab from the panel on the left
  2. Under the “Actions” column on the right, select the “Edit Permissions” option (indicated by the key icon)
  3. Under the “Administration” section, set the “Manage all branches” option to “Allow”
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Permissions” button to confirm and update the user’s permissions
