Yes. In order to do so, an individual will need to be marked as a user that is assigned to the department(s) that the requisition(s) came from. When creating a purchase order, that user can choose to specify a portion of the item quantity on the open requisition(s), and any outstanding items will remain on those open requisition(s). You will also be able to see other users that have open requisitions to add to the PO.
