Who can file expenses?

Any user who has the correct access permissions can view, create, and edit expenses.

To change user permissions, go to "Manage Branch"

Click on "Users" in the left hand side menu.

Select on the desired user and you will see action buttons on the right hand side of the menu. Click on the key icon to edit permissions.

While expenses can be filed by anyone with the correct permissions, approvals can also be configured to verify expense entry by designated approvers.
