In Tradogram, marking a delivery as "Fully Received" is a signal to the system that the order is complete and no further shipments are expected. Once this status is active, the option to add additional deliveries is disabled.
If you made a mistake or need to record more items, you may need to revert the status.
If your company settings allow it, you can move the order back to a state that permits more entries:

Result: This reverts the status of both the delivery and the Purchase Order, allowing you to add more delivery entries.
The ability to revert a status depends on your Branch Profile settings. There is a specific security toggle designed to prevent the reopening of closed orders:
"Don't allow a delivery to be marked Partially Received if it has already been marked Fully Received."
You will see the "Mark as Partially Received" button as described above, and you can revert the status freely.
The "Mark as Partially Received" button will be hidden. You will not be able to revert the status on your own.
How to bypass this: If you must make adjustments while this restriction is active, a Company Admin must temporarily uncheck this setting in the Branch Profile. Once you have reverted the status and made your adjustments, the Admin can re-enable the setting to maintain strict control.
