Items appear on the Inventory page because they are marked as a "stock item" in your item database. To remove an item from your Inventory, you must mark it as a non-stock item in the item database.

Removing a Single Item

1. Navigate to the Items database.

2. Search or filter to locate the item you wish to remove from stock.
3. On the right side of the item entry, look for the stock item indicator (it looks like a label).

4. If the indicator is green, the item is currently a stock item. Click the green button and confirm the action.

5. Once confirmed, the item will no longer be considered a stock item and will be removed from your Inventory page.

Removing Multiple Items in Bulk

If you need to remove several items at once, you can use the bulk action feature:

1. In the Items database, use the search and filter options to create a list of all the items you want to remove from stock.

2. Go to More Actions in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Remove listed from stock." This action will remove all the items currently displayed in your filtered list from being stock items.
