What happens to purchase order numbers that have been skipped?

All numbers that have been skipped will be tracked on the system. To view unused purchase order numbers:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen and select “Manage Branch”
  2. Select “Custom PO Number” from the panel on the left

A list of all used and skipped purchase order numbers will be present on this page. If no numbers appear here, it’s because either no purchase orders have been created yet, or no numbers in a serial numbering sequence have been skipped.
