What Happens When You Select the "Mark Fully Received" Option?

This option will update the purchase order by changing the status to “Fully Received”. This action will provide a notification to users that are involved in processing the purchase order.

A purchase order that has no delivery dSelecting the "Mark Fully Received" option is a key action that signals to the system and all involved users that the purchase order (PO) has been completely fulfilled and that no further deliveries are expected for that order.

Key Outcomes of Marking as Fully Received

  • Status Update: The PO's status is immediately updated to "Fully Received."
  • Optional Deliveries: You can mark a PO as fully received even if no manual delivery notes have been entered, as entering deliveries is an optional part of the process.

How to Mark a PO as Fully Received

You can complete this action in three different ways:

  1. On the PO Record: When viewing the specific PO, click the "More Actions" button and select the option to "Mark Fully Received."
  1. On the Delivery Listing Page: On the main delivery listing page, look for the button to "Mark Fully Received" on the right side of the screen for the corresponding PO.
  1. When Adding a Delivery: When you are adding a new delivery note to the PO, you will find a checkbox option underneath the line item table. Checking this box will mark the entire PO as fully received once you save the delivery record.
