Tradogram allows you to clean up your Item Database by deleting multiple entries simultaneously. This is particularly useful for removing inactive products or clearing out long lists from specific suppliers.

Deleting in Bulk

If you need to delete a specific list of items (e.g., all items from one vendor), follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Items Database from the left-hand menu.
2. Use the Filters at the top to display the specific items you wish to remove (e.g., filter by Supplier or Status).
3. Click the More Actions button at the top right of the screen.
4. Select Delete Listed Items from the dropdown menu.
   
   • Note: This will delete all items currently visible based on your active filters.

Marking Items as Inactive

If the items you want toremove but potentially use again in the future Tradogram gives you the option to set the item(s) as “Inactive.”

1. Go to your Items Database.
2. Click the edit icon on the right-hand side under actions

1. Change their status to Inactive.
2. Save changes in the top right corner.
