Go to the items database, then choose a Filter such as a specific supplier or category. Once you have the list of items you wish to delete, click on “Delete Listed Items” to delete all in your selection.

This is often used for suppliers with a long list of associated items or inactive items. However, if you have a number of items associated with various suppliers, you can go to the categories module, create a temporary category, and simply check off each item to be deleted and save the category. Then use the process in the above paragraph. The other option would be to change the status of each item you wish to delete to “Inactive” and again use the process in the first paragraph to choose a filter with all inactive items.
