How can a user who is locked out of their account reset their password?

If a user forgets their password or cannot otherwise access their account, that user should:

  1. Navigate to the Tradogram website homepage
  2. Click on the “Login” option at the top right of the page
  3. Click on the “Forget your password?” option underneath the main login section
  1. Follow the directions in the received email to reset the password

If the email isn’t received, whitelist Tradogram’s domain address to ensure the email can be received: host2.pibci.com | IP: 67.227.155.108

If an error occurs when entering a new password, ensure that the new password complies with all mandatory password character requirements.
