Should “Terms & Conditions” be provided in the text field, uploaded as a file, or both?

Both choices can be included on a single transaction, both are optional, and both the “Terms & Conditions:” and the “Upload Terms & Conditions Files” sections can be configured to be auto-populated during transaction creation.

To configure this (as a branch administrator):

  1. Click on the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen, and select “Manage Branch”
  2. Click on “Default Terms” in the left panel
  1. Enter the desired text and/or upload files to be included by default on all created transactions
  2. Click the “Save Changes” button to confirm and update the branch settings

The default terms and conditions sections can later be edited by users for each individual transaction they create.
