All users have full access to our self-service help center, which includes:

  • Knowledge Base - Our central hub for detailed articles and step-by-step instructions.
  • Tutorial Library - Nearly 100 tutorial videos providing visual walk-throughs of key features.
  • FAQ Collection - Over 300 FAQs covering specific scenarios and common troubleshooting questions.
  • User Guides - Comprehensive manuals to help you navigate the platform from end to end.

Additionally, company admins have exclusive access to live chat support for real-time assistance.

We typically respond to all chats within a few minutes during our regular business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST). While we also check and respond to chats periodically outside of these hours, please note that response times may be delayed. Additionally, our office is closed on Canadian federal holidays, so replies on those days may also be limited or delayed. Thank you for your understanding!
